Siding & Roof Boards (avg) $4-8 / square foot

Finished:

Since each piece of wood and project is very different, many details need to be discussed before an estimate or quote.

Custom Furnishings
Pricing

Custom furniture prices vary greatly for many reasons.

Clients are asked to find pictures of furniture they like the look of.
The construction details, type of finish, and quote or estimate can be discussed from there.

We calculate our projects based on hourly rates of $20-$40 / hr plus expenses, or quotes.

Timber Framing
Pricing

 

Prices vary depending on several factors.

Price depends on, but is not limited to; type of wood, type of joinery, structure complexity, extent of shaping and sanding, wood finish applied or not, size, location, assembly details, etc.

We encourage our clients to find pictures of the timber frame style you are looking for, provide estimated overall dimensions, and what your budget is for the frame project.

Once CHR has the pictures, size, and budget, we can begin to discuss details for moving forward with the project. Estimates or quotes cannot be determined until well into the process of designing your custom timber frame structure.

Drawings of your timber frame structure require a deposit.
